I was looking for a place on Miami Beach fully furnished and Latanya was able to deliver wonderful options within my price range. But what I also appreciated was her knowledge of Miami Beach and how she was able to show me properties that although were not in my price range, became desirable to me because of the amenities that were included that would actually save me money compared to if I went with other options just because of the cost of the monthly rental.
